These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between every person ("player" or "you") who uses the nifa588 website, mobile application, or any services on the platform, and the nifa588 platform. The name, date of birth, and contact details provided when registering must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with false or fabricated information may be closed without prior notice. Payments, Withdrawals and Bonuses
Deposits
Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks for all methods. Deposits are recorded by the time they are received on the processing date, using Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). Third-party payments are not allowed — deposits must come from the player's own account only.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Requests are normally processed within 1 hour of submission. Personal identification documents may be required to verify a withdrawal. If activity is detected that appears to be an attempt to exceed money limits, the withdrawal may be suspended pending investigation.
Welcome Bonus — 200% First Deposit Bonus
nifa588 offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount.
Example:
- Deposit 20,000 Ks — receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
- Deposit 320,000 Ks — receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 620,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.
If you attempt to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited. Full details of each bonus will be stated in the individual bonus notification sent to the player.
Prohibited Financial Activity
If arbitrage, misuse of pending funds, or bonus abuse (depositing and withdrawing solely to exploit bonuses) is detected, the platform may freeze the relevant funds and suspend or permanently close the account.
Game and Betting Rules
General Game Usage Policy
Games available on the nifa588 platform include Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, Slots, Crash Games and football betting. The rules displayed for each game apply to all rounds, and players cannot cancel a bet once it has been placed.
In the event of a technical failure (server error) or disconnection during an active game, any funds involved will be settled in accordance with platform policy. If any dispute arises that the platform cannot resolve directly, the player will be informed openly.
Football Betting
Football betting is governed by specific football rules that include betting limits and payout policies. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to platform policy.
Prohibited Playing Methods
If the use of bots, automated tools, collusion with other players, or deliberate game disruption is detected, all funds and bonuses will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
VIP Levels and Referral Programme
VIP Progression and Cashback
The nifa588 VIP programme has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The higher your level, the higher your weekly cashback rate —
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
VIP level progression is determined by the platform based on a player's gameplay, betting history, and length of activity on the platform. VIP benefits may be changed with prior notice if operational policies are updated.
Refer a Friend Program
The referrer will receive 8% of the first deposit made by each referred friend as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per person. In addition, the referrer can also earn a 0.2% weekly commission from the valid bets placed by referred friends. If this program is misused by creating fake accounts to abuse bonuses, the platform will suspend the accounts involved and review all related activity.
Prohibited Actions
General Prohibitions
Players must never engage in any of the following actions—
- Any financial transactions resembling money laundering are strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized access, copying, or distribution of platform website content, software, or data is not permitted.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorization is not permitted.
- Attempting to exploit or manipulate game technology, whether individually or as a group, is not permitted.
- Minors (under 21) must not access the platform themselves or be allowed access by others.
Account Restrictions
If the platform finds that restrictions have been violated, it reserves the right to exclude the relevant player from services without prior notice. The player is solely responsible for any issues arising from their actions, and the platform holds final authority over all disciplinary decisions.
